"On August 8th, the Next Generation Leaders (NGL) forum was initiated bringing together the brightest minds from the farthest parts of the world to York University’s Glendon Campus in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Over the week, the campus was littered with attendees and achievers from as far as Hong Kong, to Norway, to even the locals from Canada. The forum promised tons of insight as well as promising experiences and engaging relationships that enhanced my experience.

The concept of NGL was circumfixed around a business challenge question that challenges basic thinking, simple knowledge, and standardized problem solving that demanded a solution presented in the form of an elevator pitch within a week. This question and very concept, is what fueled me through the days of NGL because of my thirst for providing real world solutions to the problems they correct." - Mr. Malachi Munroe, MDA 2015-2016
